Lisa Gorecki has previously practiced corporate law, commercial real estate, business and real estate litigation, and employment law at two prominent Silicon Valley law firms. This breadth of experience makes Lisa a good fit to serve as outside general counsel for her clients. Additionally, Lisa’s previous litigation experience allows her to view each deal and transaction with a mind toward keeping the parties out of litigation.
